USPSA had very little interest coming into Canada in the past, but things may be different now. IPSC doesn't need to join, clubs just have to start having USPSA matches.

I like how he complains that Mike hides behind the monikor "Madness" and then admits he has a dozen different names...

Most people know who Madness is, no attempts at hiding at all. I did get a good chuckle out of it, handled quit nicely... it was a nice departure from my boring job here in Kabul.

The document actually has statement from Mr. Alexakos claiming ownership of the IPSC trademark while no other association has rights for it and that he understands that false statements are punishable as per 18 USC par.1001...
