Hey y'all,
So I bought corrosive ammo for my '54 Tula Refurb, and I just want to make sure I'll be cleaning it correctly when I'm finished shooting. I won't have boiling water nearby, so I was planning to follow the Windex with Ammonia-D method on the Box 'O Truth, found here: http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/edu13.htm, followed by a regular cleaning of Hoppe's No. 9 and a little bit of oil on the moving parts (except the gas system, I know that runs dry). Is there anything I should pay close attention to?
Thanks in advanced!
Edit: It looks like I'll be disassembling it and then going with the boiling water method.
