Even though it's old school NV, I think it still works fine. It has a bit of fish eye around the perimeter, but that's expected for 45 years old and generation.
Across the fence, alley, corner of the school ground, and approx 150 yds with no ambient light, or moon into the neighbours garage/yard. 3.4 magnification.
This has the Israeli reticule and is compatible with all PVS4 and 502 reticules, ie. FNC1, TOW, M14, M16, etc. Brightness is adjustable.
Highly recommended.

With the hoops i had to jump through to get it ill never buy another....was $50 and about 5 months to get it....any good laser engraving company could do it...i got it done out of mahogany for my 1911 aswell.

I wonder if my scale is off.... My 11.5" posted above weighed out at 6.6lbs as pictured (no ammo, BCG or charge handle)

I'm using an electronic kitchen scales, so it's fairly accurate. Yours could be as well; magazine, BCG and charging handle will probably run you close to another pound. The base weight of my PSD is 6.5lbs. The laser, optics and BUIS add a pound. And the AAC brake, upgrades to the CTR (RISR, enhanced pad), grip, magazine and rail accessories and it easily runs another 8-10 ounces.
