The Best Pictures From Hunting, Without the Kill

Thanks! He's at the taxidermist right now, it will be a year before I get him back. I'm going to go pick up the antlers soon so I can get them scored before the mount is done. I posted some field pics of him down a few weeks ago.

Sorry about the quality of some of these pics, a few of them are older 35mm transferred to cd.......

Had this guy walk out of a willow lined pothole and head across a field while sitting for yotes one evening.

This one is my favourite, it was taken the last day of hunting a few years ago. Pictured are my 2 cousins, their dad/my Uncle Jim and myself. 2 weeks after this pic was taken my uncle was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and we lost him the following april. Hunt camp, as well as everyday life hasn't been the same since. This was the first and only year that both boys were able to go up to hunt camp with their dad at the same time. I sometimes wish I was smiling in the pic instead of acting like a goof, but I'll take what I can get. This pic was taken at the local dump, one of my cousins is holding what's left of the remote control car we were shooting at. It's been a tradition ever since.

Some AAAmazing photos here, I have alot but none are on Photobucket at this stage... maybe one day il contribute... most of mine go on facebook etc.

Keep em going, A top thread

Mmm - Beaver

Wasn't quite sure where to post these. Other than any actual hunting success and/or camaraderie, this used to be the highlight of our annual moose hunting excursions. These were taken sometime in the mid to late 90's - sorry about the quality, they are scanned images.
