Almost any actor would be better than Tom ....... Cruise. Does he have to stand on a box through the whole movie? I can't wait to see the scene when he's supposed to do a standing Burke on a 6 foot 4 inch Russian - it'll end up looking like ### ####. The Rock would have been a better choice.

Note for those not in the loop - the common name for positional asphixiation is "Burking", basically suffocation by squeezing.

Saw the movie tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

.....but.... He does take his acting seriously enough to truly learn how to use and fire the weapons properly. Google Tom cruise weapons training and check out the video for the work he did around "collateral" ." Yo homey is that my briefcase?"

Watch that scene in slow motion and you can plainly see his pistol is half-way out of the holster at the start of his draw...= not impressive at all.

Any one else see this movie yet? I had a email from a German guy who said that my CASM scope mount was clearly visible along with the lasermarking on the side. I guess I will have to go and see it soon. What the heck...

I thought it was a decent movie, and think i wanna try out the CASM mount on my Norinco, got a nice Vortex 4 - 12 scope i wanna put on it and see how far i can reach with it, then maybe work on upgrades to the rifle.
