As an Old Fart, I am not the most computer literate guy on the range.

I find some websites difficult to navigate and I usually hate the part where I have to type in name, billing and shipping info.

The Budget Shooter Supply was very, very easy to use. Product section was excellent and prices were as good or better than USA retail.

But the way I can tell that Henry "gets it" is the shipping notice I got the day after I placed the order:

HAHAHAHAH!!! Henry really sent an email like that to you? LOL! I guess I should buy something from him online one of these days to test it out.:)

Lucky for me though, he's the most accommodating seller I've ever known and lets me bother him at odd hours of the day to pick up stuff. Thanks again Henry, and I'll be sure to pop by one of these days to get something that I need that my wife says I don't!! BTW, I wish you could've helped my buddy Piotr, but don't you worry, I'll keep working on him till get buys something from you, lol :)

I lol'd the first time I got one. Even sent it on to my brother so he could have a laugh.

I like that site. Was a bit weirded out by emailing money to pay for an online order but that's become the norm now. I have Henry saved as a payee in my online banking.

i've dealt with him twice and each time the experience was stellar!! I received the same email and loved the humour as it in no way diminishes the professionalism he brings to his business dealings. Way to go Henry!

big +1 for Henry, even the shipping charge to Ontario was so reasonable I had to double check, including powder and bullets on my order. His selection is somewhat limited, but I doubt that it's his fault with the industry right now. I agree, his website may not be anything fancy, but it is by far the best I've used for reloading supplies. It's kind of nice to not look at items that are out of stock. Not using a credit card is not that big a deal for me, though it would be nice. But again, there's a reason his prices are so reasonable, he keeps costs low.

I'll definitely be ordering from him again in the very near future, I just keep bugging him to bring in some .277 bullets! Can you hear me Henry? lol

I spoke to him 2 years ago when I was looking at getting my Hornady LnL AP Progressive press.
This was at a time when Hornady was having difficulty keeping the presses and bullet feeders in stock.
We spent a good 15 minutes on the phone together and even though I bought my press elsewhere since someone had it in stock I felt that he was someone who was doing something he loved.

LOL! I looked at ordering from him once but it didn't seem to be online ordering with a credit card or (FRAUD ALERT). I realize now that he does do EMT so I'll take advantage of that.
You can also do Direct Deposit so you can pay cash. Just get his account number from him and go to your nearest CIBC (or Coast Capital) branch and deposit to his account. Works good for me. Also, apparently, if you deal with one of those companies you can do online funds transfers. I don't, so I haven't tried that.
