Ok so thinking I was going to make it taticool id deck it out. So I got the reciver with rails and IT IS GARBAGE the sun optics one... Looks like this... Had the NcStar mark3 zombie to put on too... Taking both back and sayin screw it keeping iron sights, cant really shoot far enough to need sights anyways

Well you aren't going to get any sympathy for not doing your homework. Never seen a positive review of a receiver cover mount from anyone who knew what they were doing. If you need optics, get a scout mount or Bubba the poor rifle with a drill and tap. If you want to improve the irons, go with a tech sight.

Scope mount receiver covers are a never ending cycle of fail, zeroing your rifle and instantly losing your zero after you fieldstrip. Not to mention they rattle around because the receiver cover was never meant to have a scope sitting on it.

Your best bet is either Tech Sights or some kind of red dot configuration with the BC Tactical scout mount, unless you want to go through the trouble and destruction caused by a receiver mounted scope...

The standard bayonet explains a lot.

I like the iron sights. One I have shoots low by 6" at 50M on the P rear site. I find that the 300 setting on the rear site works pretty good at that distance. Or I just aim for the top of the target. Hopefully I'll eventually bump in to someone who shelled out for the sight adjustment tool so I can fix it.

^^ This type of fun, for $175, makes me so happy. Couldn't ask for more.

I have a receiver mounted scope. My hubby spent about 2 hours making it fit and it actually works pretty good....until I clean my gun and have to check zero again. The NC star scope has the worst glass ever but it was all I could find for a 1x-4x that would fit. It will hit plates consistently out to 200 yards.
