I just wanted to show you guys the shiny new bolt carrier I got from Ice Arms.
Initial impression of it is that it's very nicely made. It is more smoothly machined than my kac bolt carrier with all the dimensions the same. At least to the naked eye.
The service was excellent and Richard answered my messages in a timely manor. Usually the same day or early the next. The guy is working hard after all folks! :)
So the stuff is here for those people who were doubting!

Does anyone have specs for these?
The only thing I found mentioned on the website is MP tested.
Are they individually or batch tested?
What is the point of MP testing if they have not been HP tested prior to being MP tested?
Is the bolt made of C158 (carpenter) steel or 9310 which is the accepted alternative. Is it properly heat treated?
Is the carrier body made of 8620 tool steel?

I caught a lot of abuse for asking these questions over in Dlask's thread (aka Deadzombie...where they first presented them). All I've managed to get is that the body is 8620 (to be checked on but never confirmed) and that it is MPI (from their description). Other than that I have no info about them...
