I shoot the 115 FMJ in 50 box and they work good but not as good as Fiocchi but still work wellAre these shells alright. The ones I'm looking at are 115 grain in fmj and are 500 in a box.
My wife is shooting American Eagle 124 gr and 147 gr. Of the two, she and the gun prefer the latter. Very clean burning stuff. Buy all you can get.
Recoil for the 147 gr is more of a push than being "snappy" as in the 124 or 115 gr, basically feels like less kick. The main reason is because the 124 gr is a slower bullet than the other 2.

Heavier bullets tend to have a longer 'dwell time' in the barrel, hence the higher grouping.
