Thanks

Oh, and for price, $285 is what Marstar has it for...

As for the quality of it, IT'S GOOD AMMO! Just that with it being corrosive, you have to go home & clean it properly... No leaving it 'for another day' to clean...

Sorry, live in Prince George. Paid 250.00 for 1440, thought it was a good price.

I was going to treat it as corosive so not really worried. Was just wondering.

I bought some of the same "non-corrosive" crap from Lever... Fortunately I had read a few threads here that suggested that it is IN FACT corrosive. I did a bright nail test, and it was inconclusive... It seems as though at least SOME of the primers are corrosive, though maybe not all.

Bottom line for me: I treat all ammo made in China or old ammo from behind the Iron Curtain as corrosive... Only takes a little bit of effort to clean up properly and all is well...

Good luck!

I have that ammo and a couple other box's marked "non-corrosive". They ALL failed the nail test.
Treat it ALL as corrosive and you'll be OK.

So you are convinced the silver boxed Norinco stuff is corrosive? Anyone else? I haven't opened the crate yet but I will NOT be happy if I paid for NC to get corrosive ammo.
