I am still trying to figure out what cops booking a range to qualify with handguns has to do with precision shooting. From what I have seen watching the local RCMP shoot their handguns, I wouldn't use precision as a descriptor.

By the way, at our range, we only rent them one handgun bay to qualify, so other members can still use the range.
 
I think that you should march right down there and show them rcmpers where their supper hangs.
