What animal is this???

I wondered about that. At first I thought it was a nauga (prized for their hides), but they are mostly extinct in SW Ont. Twenty years ago there were lots, and we used to hunt them with the .17/20mm wildcat, as they are very tough.

I did.

The snout looks like a dog in the 1 millisecond you can see part of it.
The ears, top of head and eyes still look like a sheep to me.
