If you have the time to put the foamies in under some nice peltors. I agree

3" slugs already shoot like 2-3 feet of fire.

I have a machine shop at work.... a really nice one. hmmm.

At the Full Auto shoot in Albany OR last May, there was a guy with a similar sort of thing on his HK.
Full auto, .308 Win, through a 5.5" barrel, and a JP brake ( w ww.jprifles.com/1.4.2_re.php )
It was far louder than the belt fed 50BMG's!

I have a Rainier mini comp and it is very similar to this, you could feel it in your sinuses when you shot my 12.5". I have removed it and gone to a linear comp. It was too loud and my buddies shooting next to me were complaining about the blast. The novelty wears off quickly when you have a headache after 100 rounds and the people on either side of you at the range wish you would just pack up and leave.
The only people this will appeal to are the ones that think it's cool to straight pipe their jacked up 4x4 diesel truck that has never been off the pavement, Harley boys, and the rice rocket jerks with the coffee can mufflers on their 2003 civic making 100 horsepower.
It's a toy for douchebags that don't have any consideration for those around them.
