The simple, basic, straight forward facts are that the law is stupid and poorly interpreted. You can wrap it up in as much fancy lawyer talk as you like but the fact is if a mag fits in a 10-22 it fits in a Charger, period.
The RCMP got away with it on the Smith MP 15-22 only because they were so new and there weren't fifty thousand of them floating around. Otherwise they would have had to cave due to practicality.
I can see where BlueLine wants to protect their investment, but it can't be at the expense of the whole freaking firearms community. This opens the door to stab alot of people in the back over the thinnest to most non-existent of technicalities.
