$200 SVT 40s!

Got my hand select today. Very pleased. Sure it is elctropenciled, but 90 percent of parts are from the izhevsk aresonal ( even the bolt)Nice 1940 6 port, narrow trigger, with only one stock repair! Very nice! A big thank you to the company! Only problem might have to buy another! Yes the bore is really nice!

Either way, I should have mine by next Friday via Canada Post. Apparently they're shipping CanPar for most of the rifles, but couldn't for mine because I have a P.O. Box now.

Mine has moved into the processing stage - they couldn't find a 1942 Izzy for me, so I changed it to a 1940. Will post pics when she arrives and I'd love to see pics of everyone else's when you guy's get yours too!
 
Had to mail out a money order for the first time in my life. I think Lever is the only business that doesn't accept EMT.
 
Ordered sunday, called in CC on tuesday, confirmed my hand pick options, said that particular combo they'll have to spend a day or two looking for. Thurs received a shipping notification from Canada Post. Expected in a week or so but something tells me they'll be here sooner.
 
Like I'm going to just come accross a 38 and sniper... ;)

CT on Victoria St. is going to ring me if/when they have SVT's in, I'll keep an eye out for a '45 for you. Guy at the counter said I might be allowed to handpick in the back for a fee.
 
Theyve got SKS's as of yesterday I believe. I had talked to the manager a few weeks ago and told them to bring in SKS's, Mosins, and SVT's if they want quick selling firearms. Hopefully they bring in the latter two.
 
Good call. Text me if they give you a call when and if the SVT's come in and I'll meet you over there. It's unlikely I'll find a '45 but I've heard of numerous people finding SVT's with the sniper notch at CT's - if we only find one, she's yours since you talked to the manager about it. If we find two, you can pick the purdiest for yourself
 
Got my tracking num for 2 SVT i only thing i've asked is a clean bore and a naval stock the rest is gonna be a surprise...

And DJdeadlyDALEK i still got you Kovrov and i changed my mind its a keeper,it was the finnish mosin fever that pushed me to trade it....
 
Is there any place you haven't called looking for a '45?

I was in Vernon a while ago and Del Sellins said they had someone call and offer $1000 for one if they could find it. I laughed and thought: oO0( Bet that was DJ :D )

I can't help but think you've driven prices up all on your own by calling every gun shop in this fine land!

I called and wanted to buy two hand picked so they told me to order through the website.
Ok, I order through the website which now means they have to call me back and confirm my order if they have what I specified.
How long does it take for them to call back?
