Who uses the FN P90

My uncle works for a goverment agency which goes into ship thats are fishing in Canadian waters, often asian vessels who are designed for people MUCH smaller then the average canadian (doors are even smaller) so they needed weapon that they could manipulate in close quarters against anything they could find when holed up in the bowels of a ship that often have to CRAWL into.

They also fond that female shooters of the P90 suddenly outshot every single male shooter in the agency when they were issed the P90! :)

Which federal agency was this?

He works for Fisheries and Ocean Canada. He's not the one carrying the P90 thou. I know its not coast guard cuz they don't arm their guys, i might be the Marine Security Enforcement Team (MSET) which is a program thats a joint between the RCMP and Coast Guard.

Halifax Regional Police for the past several years...now transitioning to the Colt C8
Didn't know they were transitioning. Here's a pic from a TV news story from last fall. I am not sure of the usage of the carbine--the guy in the picture is not ERT...maybe in a patrol carbine role?

"...also found that female shooters..." They very likely shot better than the men anyway. Women are like that. They're far easier to train too.
"...Which federal agency..." Most likely the RCN.
