Yes, it's Norinco corrosive. Shoots beautifully out of my SKS, just wash the salts out after and it's fine.

Nope - can't reload them.
Further, to the other posts you can probably reload any case but decide if it's really worth the trouble for the Bimetal and limited case life. Buy some new brass or once fired off the EE if reloading.

there are some people on youtube showing how they reloaded steel cases ... even some converted berdan primers to boxer ...
I've seen others talk about how the steel would be harder on your dies than brass but that's just their opinion, none of them have said that they have worn out dies reloading steel
possible? ... I'd say yes ... whether or not you want to go through the trouble? ... that's a matter of opinion

It was very slow when I tried late..
I have a friend tried reload bimetal case. He used water pressure to pop berdan primer.
