Dominion Primers Now in Stock

I ordered 25000 as a group buy with some friends. As the order was over $200 the shipping was included and with just 5% GST to pay it worked out to $29.40/1000. If these work that a very good price as most brands of primers are running in the $40/1000 + range these days. They will be used for mainly light handgun target loads with fast powders so I'm hopeful that they will work out. I have used Tula and Wolf primers in the past and both were excellent (can't remember ever having a misfire).

CanAm Deals

Funny that BC residents pay more than other Canadian residents for anything CanAm (based in North Van) sends out when taxes (with free shipping over $200) are taken into account :)

But anyway, want to give some recognition for how quickly CanAm sent out my primers. No weeks of waiting here...plus the case of Nork 7.62 on the way now...

I LOVE not having to pay the PST part ... it's 8% here in Ontario ... I'm glad CanAm adheres to the rules ... many other places I buy from out of province decides to charge Ontario Tax anyway and who knows if they actually hand it over to Ontario!

got my 7000 primers in the mail, knife and some sweet canada ammo swag! very happy with them for my first order, i can assure you it won't be the last!!

with regard to the primers the packaging sucks as i suspected it would, the primers spilt inside the box they come in due to loose cardboard sleeves. the same thing happens with winchester and federal brand primers but never CCI or S&B from my experience.

visually the primer cups look very thick, but seem to react similar to Winchester in seating and take a decent amount of force to flatten them inside the brass. i obviously don't try and flatten them, but it happens somewhat with the tight S&B primer pockets. i've loaded up 100 rounds of 9mm with 124gr BDX on top of 3.9gr of w231 for my first test. i may also do a test that Ganderite did with the flame size shooting the primer only.

It is unlikely we will get HMF rifle primers as so few are used indoors.

Recieved my order of Dominion spp so l loaded a few up to run through an open gun and a 40cal Beddell Custom. Both guns i ran a mag through with no missfires. I load on a 650 so they felt a little harder seating but other then that they seemed fine. Would also like to say the ordering and shipping were no problem. Did find it strange that the boxes were exposed showing what they were.

I shot 200 round already. Small pistol.
