Good shooting fellas! When we begin shooting in the new year we will take your first score and stick you in a class so that you are competing against guys with the same kind of experience. So really no worries if you are near the bottom as we all had to start somewhere. Can't wait til the next one!
 
You did actually! I attempted to shoot all the strings but my brand new pmags wouldn't go in on a closed bolt so it induced some pretty horrendous stoppages. Like I fired one or two shots on that stage lol. At one point I got so pissed off that I attempted an in match air delivery of said pmag over the range wall. Lol. I missed. Hopefully problem is solved now. ;)

You should have said something. I brought 6 brand new usgi mags with anti tilt followers pinned at 5.5 as extras.
I would have lent them out.

Mag issues?!?!!? Never heard of that... ;) Haha!



P.S> I use for civy side 12 X C-Product ( aluminum ) 5.5/30 mags with anti tilt Magpul followers. Never had any issues in a few years.
 
All good ! It's kinda hard to run a first match AND shoot well at the same time anyways. We'll get things ironed out a little smoother then the ROs will have a better chance to put some quality rds downrange too.
 
Looks like a good time was had by all!!! If I can make a west coast swing with my gear next year it would be fun to shoot these with you guys.

If anyone from BC is in Ontario next summer we would be happy to have you out at our matches next year.
