Hey fellas

Ive been hunting for 223 ammo and reloading equip for a wile now. Been a member for a wile too with plenty of trades on the EE.

As of lately I have noticed people asking astronomical figures for items that are worth nothing close to it.
For example. 1F CJ Norinco 223 brass for 10 cents a pop. Or 12 cents for 1F remington 223.

A very good and reputible seller here is selling headstamp sorted tumbled inspected remington 223 that is less then what the guys are selling for on the EE.....He is board sponsored and is located in BC!

So I urge all new and old members to search locally and online on prices before you commit to such evil acts as paying TOP dollar for garbage norinco brass. And any thing else for that matter.

Im not affiliated with the above mentioned shooting supply outfit. Just wish everyone to get a fair deal !!

Gluck to you all.

Anyone that does not do at least some research deserves to be taken advantage of.... (not saying that it is right... just that the buyer should educate themselves)

LOL...........snow day????

oh and IBTL..........

That norinco brass may be mint and or rare............how bad do you want/need it?? that effects price for sure.......

This nothing new, I've seen used guns going for more than new with tax, but then again I've received some very good items at a fair price. As mentioned caveat emptor is the rule of the day.

Problem with Norinco Brass is its been known to be thin and doesnt last very long.
However if its advertised that this is what your buying, its up to the buyer to make that decision.

Research is key

Sellers are free to ask wathever price they wish. Buyers are free to buy or not to buy at the asked prices. It is called "free market". If you don't like it, move to Cuba.

Don't like the price, don't buy!

Who knows if that 1f is actually 5f. I can see unscrupulous people using brass for several reloads and then listing it as 1f.

10 cents a case? guess im sitting on a gold mine...but if thats the going rate... was at a liitle gun show yesterday and was shocked at the price of brass, saw some baggies of 300wm, once again , i'm sitting on a gold mine !

The first rule of life is Buyer Beware. On buying brass, I never buy brass for plinking and I never reload 223. If I wanna keep any brass to reload I just buy a case of good ammo and pick up brass. AR 223 is not worth reloading for the savings IMO.

Brass should be bought new, I have learned this. Then you know what you have.

Too many people willing to take advantage of others and with no concern for others safety, only their bank account.

It really isn't that expensive.
