What truly obsolete chambering would you like to see make a comeback?

I'd love to see some .44 rimfire for my 1866 Winchester.
And .22 Winchester Automatic for the old 1903 semi.
You'd think there would be enough demand for .32 rimfire for someone to make it.

How about the 38/55. It was an accurate cartridge and if produced now in a nice single shot it would be a fun shooter.
Cheers

Yup the .280 Ross, then we could add it to the debates on bear defence, which cartridge is better for deer, moose and shooting into space etc, lol.

Another vote for the 50-110. I would kill for a .50 lever gun!

Turnbull Manufacturing can fix you up ... there'a a couple of 50-110's there, a standard '86 for $ 15k and a deluxe '86 for $ 30k. Pricey, but nice !!!

For a few bucks less, they will custom build you a 475 Turnbull on a '71 action for around $ 5 k. (Really nice case colours ! )

Yes I have seen pictures of the .50-110 Turnbull rifles.Nice rifles.but a bit out of reach for the average Joe.

Too bad Winchester could not come out with a Japanese version of their Model 1886 45-70 that they produce at present in .50-110.

Maybe Ruger can be convinced to do up a number 1 in .280 Ross.

Then you'd have to convince someone to make affordable brass....
