Equipment Exchange Rules

The Equipment Exchange (“EE”) forums are "use at your own risk" classifieds". Canadiangunnutuz (CGN) is not responsible for any losses and disputes related to transactions that are associated with these classifieds. Ads posted are not endorsement by CGN management and moderators. It is the responsbility of users to ensure they keep themselves updated on the laws and follow the laws.

The Equipment Exchange is free to use for registered members selling personal items. Registration on Canadian Gun Nutz is free. Commercial dealers and businesses wishing to use the forum for profit-seeking sales require a separate paid business membership. This restriction applies to commercial sellers only and does not affect individual members buying or selling personal items.

Feedbacks must be made to the trader rating feedback system. Dispute cannot be posted to the forums.

BASIC POSTING

  1. Select a prefix: "WTS" ( Want to Sell) "OfferTT" (Offer to Trade) "WTB" ( Want to Buy ) "Pls Remove" ( Please remove) If the prefix is not available, this means your acocunt cannot make that particular type of ads in that particular category. Please do not circumvent; When the ad is no longer needed, change prefix to "pls Remove" ( Please remove);
  2. Each type of account is permitted a specfic number of ads per forum;
  3. After so many days, the ad can be bumped to the top and made current by adding a reply to the original ad. The minimum time between bumps is based on the account type;
  4. In short, click "post new", select a "prefix", fill in the title and body, upload pictures, enter price, and click "post thread". After so many days, bump ad by making a reply to the ad;"

    5. Key Rules

  5. NO "Make an offer" or any "auction/bidding" ads;
  6. NO solicitation for offers by sellers to demand delivery of fund (first EMT)by buyers as a condition to submit offers;
  7. An item can only be posted ONCE in the entire Equipment Exchange. Don't post the same thing in more than one ad;
  8. All items offered for sale or trade must be in your possession. No selling for others;
  9. Ads must include accurate and factual description of the item at the time it is listed for sale or trade. All pictures posted must be the original pictures of the items owned by the sellers.
  10. NO estate sales. If you ignore the rules and sell for others, you will bare full responsibility for any problems, and any bad trader feedbacks will stick to you.

    11. DISALLOWED ITEMS IN EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE

    1. NO "knock-offs" with infringement of copyrighted wordings or markings in any forms;
    2. NO Illegal, stolen or questionable items;
    3. NO Fully assembled non-commercially produced ammunition,tobacco, cannabis, alcohol and any controlled substances

    These items will be removed immediately and account will be suspened. We will remove anything that we don't like. All decisions will be final.

    ENFORCEMENT

    Violation of any key rules or trying to cheat others by bumping ads earlier or having more ads that the acocunt entitled to, will need to warnings and result in "points". "Points" accumulation leads to loss of posting and access privileges
