    it says bolt action (bolt on left side) so I would say it is non-restricted.

    How does that left bolt thing work? Kind of backwards to what I'm accustomed to, I wonder what the advantage is? Looks pretty cool to me.

    No, the idea is to be able to cycle the action without taking it out of the shoulder (or hand of the pistol grip) so they have a bolt on the left and it still ejects on the right.



    Notice the bolt knob appears father forward on the bolt as well.

    Actually if you slap an AR lower to a bolt action upper, it's still a restricted AR. In this case, the question is if the lower is an AR type lower.
