Can someone tell me what the difference is between the $160.00 mosin and say a mosin this price and up? I'm trying to find ones that were either never issued or close to brand new.... if someone could let me know what to expect to pay or where to find it would be appreciated
The M44 or M38 is probably your best bet for finding unissued. A 91/30 is going to almost guaranteed to be used.
