Canada specific Swiss Arms rifles are made in batches of 25 minimum IIRC, as the machinery literally has to be switched out from regular production runs.
Sorry, gang - maybe I missed something here, but last I heard the role of any police agency on the planet was to enforce the laws - not interpret or tweak them. When did this all change? And how stupid, oblivious and indifferent would any general populous have to be in order to let this happen? Just sayin'... This is some scary stuff IMHO.
