    $3K... well THAT is insane.
Like when Leupold released the cqbss , then when it didn't sell we'll suddenly found $1000 in "production efficiencies"

The British empire was an incredible achievement. It brought civilisation to the uncivilised.

    1lb 13 ounces seems a bit heavy...

One of the best new items I saw at the Show. Much better than I expected. I will buy one. It offers the perfect combination of capabilities. Only down side is it is a bit heavy. Hard to describe how good this scope is. FFP, true 1x with nice dot, leave the dot on and flip to three and the reticle is now illuminated 5.56mm 62 gn NATO (16" barrel) calibrated great reticle. Same at 9x. This should be the scope for the new Marine IAR. It should be selected for all squad auto rifles. Blows away all the others I looked at and I own and love trijicon and night force scopes.
