Any developments on the 958 wolverine? I hate to keep pestering, but one of your competitors just brought in some vz58s that are starting to look real tempting to me.

Wouldn't that be nice. I had a dream last night that the CPC came through and gave us what we want in June, then the next day wolverine announces pre-sales for the 958.

Weren't the VZ58s affected by the ban? If not, why is that the case?
Certain Cz858s were affected because they were built on surplus "converted select fire" receivers. The vz58s were all new manufacture semi-auto only... Like the new cz958 is supposed to be.
As for why that happened... I have no clue. If someone has the machinery to reverse the cz858 back to select fire, then they would have the machinery to alter a vz58 to select fire... Nothing the FRT labs/rcmp do make much sense I'm afraid lol.
