I have no experience with the ammo in question, but I've never seen low cost 7.62x39 HP fodder that performed well, with the exception of those using the 8M3 bullet.
Is it possible for this company to produce something similar?

PAL is required for all ammo/firearms sales immediately after buyer states "I'll take it". Failure to do so will result in the loss of your first to claim it position. Shipping insurance is extra and must be requested.
