The details don't really matter but there was a error in shipping at no fault to either party's due to a serial number mix up .. Ryan got back to me right away ... The problem was solved in a matter of minutes with zero hassle and the service was absolutely outstanding . I have bought something from almost every vendor on Cgn and I have only ever felt like a valid customer from one other top vendor ... I just wanted to say that Ryan has definitely earned a lifetime of my business..
