I know its been asked before, but any chance of getting 5.45x39 into Canada, and not the current 1.25$ a bullet, but crate style, 20-30-40 cent a round.
had the opportunity to buy a AR upper chambered in this caliber and don't want to pay more to feed it than my 8MM Mauser.

I'm sure it would be easy to import but there isn't a huge demand for the round. Where did you get a 5.45x39 AR?

got a barrel and the bolt at a gun show, relatively cheap, just need to buy the stripped upper and assemble it, since everything else is the same.
and I know that the demand for 5.45x39 is smaller than the demand for "elephant farts in a can" but would like to see it for sale,
since norc .223 is off the table need something similar
