At the front is a forest green, followed by a clear coat anodize (aluminum) then what was supposed to be a flat dark earth but looks more like a muted brown, then just for fun a gold anodized rail.

Very cool, but if I may make a suggestion, is there any way to achieve a closer colour match in the green to more common commercially sold colour tone for various accessories, for example Magpul's OD green? I understand these may be first runs etc and they look great, but it's always better when the drapes match the curtains.

Needless to say this is what I asked for, but it seems anodize is a bit tricky to get the colour just the way you want it ... ie. "military" type colours. I am beginning to wonder if its even possible with the anodize process.

I have been in contact with the local Cerracote rep , and this may be a better way to go for olive drab, dark earth etc.

That looks awsome! Now if you could just manufacture a sks mag release that don't take 3 hand to operate and would make the sks a actual workable weapon system for me I would by one!
