Target Sports Canada store/range

i've been a member there for 4 years now and have found the newest employee's to be very friendly, but some of the other employee's are just a'holes. don't know names as i don't care to get to know them at all.

but i can deal with crappy employee's, what i do wish is that they would improve the functionality of the range. there is ALWAYS broken lanes, it's dirty, they cater to walk-in's over members and use range A instead of B. and they waste money on stupid diamond plate instead of fixing other stuff.

Lack of local competition, fosters their take it or leave it attitude. I am about 50/50 for the place. If I were the owners I would take some of the critique to heart. While most of the guys are decent the place on the whole does not leave the impression that customer care is a priority. I have been to many better in terms of customer service. I find in general customer service in Canada sucks, whether it is a gun store, bug box store or fast food restaurant.
