    In time, yes. The pistol classification only works if the mags are stamped/marked for pistol, which they currently are not.

    First things first, we have to get the carbine approved as restricted.

    Or get the pistol in first for classification before submitting a carbine.

    Then it has to come with 10 round pistol mag.

    Exactly, glock mags does not have to be marked for pistol when used in any carbine, because glock is already approved as a pistol. Please get the the mpx pistol approved first and mag pinged to 10rnds. Otherwise you will have the trouble down the road redesign a pistol mag 10rd version to fit the mpx. You simply can not re-pin a 5 rounder.

    Me personally have no interest in buying a mpx with a 5 rd mag limit.
