    Drop in days

    Drop in days

WGT will host a series of “Drop In Days” These drop in days are all about trying out different types of firearms and gear and to meet the team. This will also give first time buyers a chance to “try before buy”. They will run from 5pm to 8pm weekdays and 10am to 4pm Saturdays. Dates to be announced every two weeks or on a demand basis.

This will give people an opportunity to try out several different styles of pistols and rifles and see what works for them. It will also give people a chance to see several styles of equipment, from plate carriers to mag pouches. You will also get to see demonstrations of some of the techniques that will be taught on our courses as well as some of the skills development drills.

There will be an opportunity to test fire all the firearms and try on/try out all the gear.

These drop in days are open to all.

    No licence required.

Wouldn't this be more appropriate at the retailer section?

We don't sell firearms. I mentioned the "try before you buy" because the number one question we get is " What should I get as my first pistol/rifle?. I always tell people to get out and get some hands on experience with different types of pistols/rifles so they can see what works for them and to see what the difference is between higher end gear and economical gear. For example, a new shooter might want to jump straight to a high end rifle like an LMT or Knights (which they will likely own for life) or, they might want to try something like a Norinco CQ-A to see if they like shooting before buying something more fancy or tricked out. This way people will get an idea of what they might want to buy before spending their money.

We are always on the lookout for new and interesting kit to bring in and try out. If you have some ideas for specific kit you'd like to see, lets know and we'll consider bringing it in (especially if there is a lot of interest). The more feed back we see, the better we can tailor our serves to suit your needs.
