The Mk12 is referring to the style of grip. The Mk7 used the trigger guard take down system. The Mk12 uses a takedown lever instead.
If you are referring to the difference between the K100, and the K100 X-Trim, the X-Trim is fitted tighter and has the slide lightening cuts for faster cycling.

Any ETA on more magazines for them? And is adding to an order able to be done as well? (Ordered the Xtrim MK12 and REALLY thinking hard about adding that Mk12 .22 to the order now)
