Changes in EXPORT REFORM now effect all EXPORTERS and 3rd party imports into CA .

    Effective immediately....

The U.S. State Department will no longer allow foreign end-users to make direct purchases from the United States unless the transactions are done directly through a U.S. exporter. This means all transactions must go directly through IRUNGUNS LLC in order to facilitate the export.

Failure to do so with IRUNGUNS or any other exporter can result in your firearm being permanently detained in the US.

These changes are a result of Export Reform and Section 38 of the AECA which allows DDTC to restrict the end use of USML defense articles in order to “control imports and exports of defense articles in furtherance of world peace and security and foreign policy of the U.S.”

We have made changes on our website to accommodate this new structure and will be reaching out to the individuals that have been effected by the new changes in Export Reform. Don't be concerned as we have you covered and we will explain everything once we make contact.

Please do not derail this thread and lets keep it clean as this is very important to everyone who purchases Defense Products in the US.

Flat rate shipping to Canada is 25.00USD on all accessory and ammunition orders regardless of quantities ordered. Firearms are exported to Canada at a flat rate of 25.00USD per firearm.

Are they changing to comply with UN arms treaty even though they didn't sign it? Sounds weird that they are trying to kill the arms export market.

No, these changes are being implemented to tighten up export controls, no different then the changes in the export of high capacity magazines. Things like the current atrocities in the US, New Zealand, and that firearms and other defense products have been found in current hot zones that were not authorized for export. These are the main issues or reasons for changes in export reform.

Also...do gunsmithing tools and supplies count as "defense products"?

These changes only effect 3rd party purchases that are made from entities that are not licensed exporters with the US State Dept. There are also other factors that come into play but we look after those internally. This only effects USML controled products. SHotguns with a barrel length longer then 18.0 and gun smithing tools and most supplies are not effected.
