    what's the point of a big, bulky (and I assume, expensive) 60rd mag if it has to be limited to 5 rds?

    For show I guess. Market wise though, it's a wise move on their part. This seems like it would aimed straight at the USMC's IAR. The user could walk around with a standard 30 rounder and maintain the same silhouette in an urban environment and then slap on the 60 rounder when in a TIC. With the EMAG being adopted by the British Army and individuals soldiers buying them in the US context, a few government contracts wouldn't hurt the company's bottom line.

    I agree.. I guess I just don't see the appeal bringing into Canada pinned to 5 rds.
