2015 SHOT SHOW: Fostech Arms ORIGIN-12 Tactical shotgun

I am very surprised this has not been covered yet.
Perhaps it is because the booth was one of the small ones downstairs on Level 1

Anyway, the Fostech Origin is a magfed semi-auto 12 gauge shotgun with some interesting features.
    From the website:

    .fostecharms.com/origin-12-tactical-shotgun/
    Features of the ORIGIN-12

    Quick Change Barrel
    Forward Charging Handle
    Ambidextrous Safety & Mag Release
3 Coating Options Available: FosTecH Hard Nickel entire weapon: FosTecH Hard Black with Hard Nickel Internals: FosTecH Hard Black entire weapon

    In-Line Detachable Magazine
    5 Round Mag w/Gun
5, 8 or 10 Round Stick Mags or 20 & 30 Round Drums Available for Purchase
    Last Round Bolt Hold Open

    3-Point Operational Trigger Finger Position
(Includes Trigger Operation, Mag Drop & Bolt Release)
    Infinite Gas Block Adjustment
    Multi-Caliber Receiver

It disassembles very rapidly, into the small pieces shown, without tools.
It is fairly heavy, as expected, but not ridiculously so. Empty, that is...
I suspect an additional 30 rounds in the drum might be so.
Of course, as we are limited to five for a semi, that is not a concern.
    Estimated price is US$2600

Short barrel NFA (Nat Firearms Act ) version, with drum mag

    Receiver markings

Disassembled, stock folded away from viewer, second NFA barrel shown below fore-end. Right side view.

Same, Left side, stock folded towards viewer.

The lovely Ashlee holding a Fostech Origin.
Many more photos of Ashlee will be posted in my annual Girls of SHOT, once I get them tagged.

I made a thread on this when it was first released...someone said it was based on the Saiga System, making it "prohib" ?

they look pretty slick, so when and who's importing them? I'm going to be broke after all these new firearms from shot show, if half of them make it here. Thank you government for making all the big decisions on what's "Safe" for the general public, not only do you make everyone safe you also save my money.
