You have have notice the countdown on Sig's website with the image of a scope in the background. This was a countdown to the release of their new line of "Electro-Optics" riflescopes, spotting scopes and range finders. Among this line is the Tango series of tactical rifle scopes. These feature exposed turret and illuminated reticles. There are 30 and 34mm models, some of which are FFP and some of which are SFP with mil or MOA turrets and reticles available.

These are designed to be an affordable line with prices similar to Vortex's PST line. Unfortunately, the did not have a lot of information on these scopes. The milling reticle is a type of 2nd generation mill dot with hashes instead of dots, with large hashes 1 mil and small hashes in between them (0.5 mil). There is an MOA version of similar. The 1-6x24 had a horse shoe reticle similar to Bushnell's 1-6x24mm, and was first focal plane.

I don't know... unfortunately, the rep who was there when we went knew nothing about them. All he could do was give us a brochure. They still don't have much on their website about them. I just thought it was still worth mentioning they existed...

I suspect as with most of there sig line stuff other than weapons, it will be reasonably priced. There red dots that are a t-1 knock off can be found for 100 usd, and they are pretty good.
