I have spoken with the manufacturer and confirmed complete barreled uppers ARE an option. Price to follow.
He did mention however that A1 upper assemblies are getting very difficult to find. It is essentially the Colt Model 604 receiver or SP1 if your lower employs a large front takedown hole. Nodak Spud apparently isn't making them.
Rock River Arms (RRA) is a major source of the manufacturer's 9mm components and appears to have A3 flattop and A2 carry handle models available. Those going for the classic look would be well served with the A2 while those interested in optics may opt for the A3. Again, availability and price to follow.

In for an upper. Could be in for all parts less receiver if it goes that way as well. Just 1 though, either with or without receiver.

Rock River Arms A2 upper is perfect. At least I got the carry handle, that's all I care about.
I will be in for x2 Bbls handguard sight set ,or complete upper x 2 really don't mind !!
Is the barrel chromelined? I may just convert the 16" I have.

Would alternately go for complete barrel assembly if uppers are a no go.
Update: I'll change mine to a complete barrel assembly with an A4 flattop upper if possible
