Sorry mate, it's a supply vs. demand problem. Because this is surplus there is a finite amount. Most of the spares have been bought up and there is very, very little left. The wood is actually great quality, the commies didn't mind chopping old growth forest to make stocks. There is a guy in the US that makes the sets brand new out of the same European Birch wood. He charges something like $275 USD for a set with no hardware. Or you can get a nice walnut set from the EU for 300 Euro. ($435 + shipping)Originally Posted by diablo_man
