That would depend on where we're shipping to, in BC as you are it would be 5%. And yes, the photo in the ad is correct, it's the flat top model. These now ship with a 10 round magazine as the 25 round mags are prohibited.

Since when did they become prohib? 25 round mags are no longer available for import. All the 25 round mags already here are good to go. Correct me if im wrong.

Originally the 25 round magazines were fine. Once Mossberg imported the pistol variant of these guns into Canada, all the magazines that held more than 10 rounds had to be pinned to 10 or destroyed. Mossberg even went to the trouble to offer to replace 25 round magazines with a 10 round through Grech Outdoors when it happened.

You can still get the 25 round magazines for the standard Mossberg 702 plinksters because there was never a pistol version and the magazines are similar but not interchangeable.

Pre pistol 25 rounders are, by letter of law, still legit. They were built and marketed for the rifle version only. Folks just got suckered into getting rid of them by the RCMP. Does that 715 have the fixed or adjustable stock?

This is the info we are using regarding the magazine legality.
