I use range buddy as well, seems to work pretty good, definitely easier than using the digital calipers and then doing math

Nice shooting, that may tighten up a little when it isn't raining. You're on your way to the 1moa black rifle challenge

In regards to the magnet and charging handle fix. Mine came with the mod already complete. I did notice that on the last round fired that the handle would be in the position to charge the rifle. This seemed to happen more often with the 143 gr (10 - 12 occurances) bullets vs 129 gr. (Maybe once ). I found that by putting a flat washer under the far AHCS that it raised the bolt head above the charging handle and provided the magnet with a more posture attracting force. Just something that worked for me.

The force required to raise the handle with that steel bolt head raised above the aluminum is probably double of what it required previously when the bolt head was below the aluminum.

So for people getting decent accuracy, how frequently do you clean the barrel? Every outing? Every 200 rounds? What's the rate that's working for you?

I am finding that less cleaning of the bbl helps out the accuracy (in my view)....I haven't cleaned the bbl now for about 300 rounds. I keep the chamber and behind clean..but the bbl I am leaving for a while to see how that changes anything. It really does not get fouled or anything.

I did some serious bench time this past Saturday. 43.5 grains Varget and a 155 grain scenar.

I am REALLY happy with my MH!!!!! This thing REALLY shoots!!! Seriously sub MOA. I would need better glass, breathing control, and all around better shooting discipline to hold still to get better out of this rifle. It is a fine precision piece of kit indeed!!!!!

Thank you ATRS for a well built accurate NR...

Read em and weep boys. This'll NEVER hit the EE so long as I draw breath!!! Now I need a MV in 6.8SPC!!!

I finally took the plunge and picked up a used MH in 6.5cm.
Initial outing with 129gr Superformance factory ammo wasn't great but I've shot Superformance through my 300win and it made worse groups than Federal Powershok so I'm not losing hope that these rifles can shoot with the right load.

Black, full ambi, Proof Research barrel, Fortis forend, MFT stock, and mounted my Sightron S-Tac 3-16x42 on it for now.

Wish we could post pics in the business members forum.

Why is it that you think you can't? Lotsa' people post pics of guns they've bought in the forums of the vendors they bought them from.
