If you want a 30 cal buy the modern hunter. Pretty simple in my eyes. You won't catch me dumping mag after mag of steel cased, crap ammo through a high end semi auto.
To each their own, I guess...

It's because the options add up fast. That thing looks pretty sweet. But yeah, you add tax you and your at $4000. Stick on a decent handgaurd with rails, an ambi-dexterous mag release, muzzle break, and a few mags, and your up another $600-700. Then human nature rounds number to the next thousand, and your at $5000. I priced out mine and it was $4600-4800 with tax. After I see some reviews, I'm probably going to submit an order. Still cheaper than the custom LRB M25 I have in the works.
will there be a MV upper and magazine in 450 bushmaster later on

Long Distance is BETTER than being there
If it's either loud, obnoxious, fast, hated by the general population or any combination of these, I OWN IT!!
6.8 SPC upper. Just needs a bolt, barrel and mags. ; )
A tiger in Africa?!
I'd rather 7.62x39. But you cant really compare either of those to a 450 Bushmaster or 30AR in the same platform. It gives the AR the capability to take large game in a light platform.
Hopefully ATRS sees the large Canadian market potential and at least designs it around user customization.... even if they just made the bolts available, people could source their own barrels.
