i shot 60 rounds of this stuff out of my Axis shot pretty much MOA one set of 5 shots were about 3 inch MOA but then went back to just over MOA will reload the 60 brass.....and shoot again

Some is.. Some isn't

Anything marked 80 or newer is boxer primed, the older 74 stuff is berdan primed. They switched over to boxer primers somewhere in 78/79.....

Boxer or Berdan primed? It makes all the difference.

Crazy hype over 308 lately. I lucked out, and picked up cases of Federal XM80CS 7.62x51 149gr Lake City Brass....500rnds for $469 about 6 or 7 months ago. The green tipped annealed stuff. I always wait on "the other guy", and watch the better prices spring up elsewhere. Happens every time. The other guy is going to give himself a coronary soon me thinks.

Some 223 is produced with green tips.
I would love to hear more details about green tipped Lake City 7.62x51 ammo, pics would be swell.
