You could. But you'd be adding another foot of barrel. 12.5 inches of barrel.

The barrels are interchangeable.

Not at this time. But since these guns are only restricted based on barrel length we are looking at getting the side folding stocks and 18.5" barrels and shrouds made in the USA. This is what the non class 3 versions look like in the USA with 16" barrel and stocks:
