Bfiles,
Yes, we completely strip off all the old paint. We follow the exact process that Cerakote recommends for all of their applications, below is an overview of the process.
- Phase 1: Disassembly
- Phase 2: Degrease
- Phase 3: Surface Prep (sandblast)
- Phase 4: Gas Out - Pre-Heat
- Phase 5: Spraying (cerakote application)
- Phase 6: Curing (Bake)
- Phase 7: Reassembly
- Phase 8: ENJOY!!!
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Pete @ TacOrd

Nice. You guys seem to be the go-to for benelli work, maybe i'll bring my Supernova over for some work and get it koted while i'm at it.
Will cerakote hold well on the polymer receiver and bits on the supernova?
Are you familiar with The Shmoo, Mr. Fisher?
Can you guys do digicam or just a single colour?
I wonder what the burnt bronze would look like on an Od frame??

My receiver is incoming, will be in the mail to you tomorrow!
Thanks Casey!
