I sent you guys a dead JW2005 for RMA about three week ago. I was in contact with Frank and after he received it he stated they had shipped out my replacement Friday July 10th. Being that I'm 45 minutes away I was expecting this too take roughly two days to arrive.
I never received it and ever since then I seem to have had radio silence from both you guys every way I try to contact you. I understand you're probably busy but please give me an update.
