Thanks Adriel, made my day!!
I've been thinking about Tactical Teacher's questions.
What I really took away was the sport's rigid nature, and it's dynamic nature. There are elements that do not change - physics, biomechanics, etc. There are constants, and methods to extract ideal outcomes from events that will happen in predictable ways. Then there are the elements that do change - pouch placement, holster selection, etc. What works for one, may not work for another, and personal tuning is required to extract ideal outcomes.
*I need to move some pouches, and adjust some straps. What worked for me when casually at the range did not perform as well when a little stress was applied.
*Electronic hearing protection would have been a huge help.
*A good set of work boots does just fine.
*For optics? I found no magnification worked best for me.
My AHA moment? I didn't really understand this aspect of the sport before. So, I jumped into this class to learn more about it. I get it now. I see the goal of it, and I see what I'll need to do to improve.
How do we get those stickers?
