How about in Manitoba? I'm pretty limited for where I can travel what with work and family, but I would love to get out and actually learn the Tavor rifle. That being said, it does get pretty damn cold here in the Winter and November is right in the middle of hunting season.
Also, not to volunteer anyone, but Wolverine Supplies in Virden might look at hosting the event.
